The Atosa CookRite AGR-36G pairs a 36" wide, 3/4" thick steel griddle with a full oven underneath in a 36" wide footprint. It suits breakfast service, burgers and kitchens that need a flat-top and an oven without a second unit. This listing is the liquid propane (LP) unit: 3/4" NPT rear connection with the regulator included, on four casters.

Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 31" depth. Atosa says to lift the range rather than drag it when moving it.

An oven, 26-1/2 x 26 x 14 inches, 27,000 BTU, 175°F to 550°F, with 2 chrome racks.

Questions buyers ask
What gas hookup does it need?
A 3/4" NPT rear gas connection. Atosa supplies the pressure regulator, factory set at 10" W.C. for propane. Installation must be done by a licensed gas installer under your local codes.
Is this the propane version?
Yes. This listing is the liquid propane (LP) unit. Atosa builds the AGR-36G for natural gas or propane, and we list the natural gas unit separately; call us before ordering if you are not sure which gas your kitchen has.
How many BTU does the griddle have?
Atosa's spec table lists 75,000 BTU for the griddle (3 burners) and 27,000 BTU for the oven, 102,000 BTU in total. Some Atosa feature lists say 27,000 BTU burners; the spec table is the more detailed source.
Does it need a hood?
Plan on it. Atosa's manual says to install the range in a well-ventilated spot following local codes and NFPA requirements, which for commercial gas cooking normally means a ventilation hood. Check with your local inspector.
How much clearance does it need?
Atosa's manual asks for a noncombustible floor and at least 6" of clearance on both sides and the back, with nothing stored on or under the range.
Does it need electricity?
Atosa lists no electrical connection: the top burners use standing pilots and the ovens have pilots with safety shut-off.
What does the warranty cover?
Atosa's CookRite cooking equipment warranty covers parts and labor for 1 year from the date of shipment from Atosa. Register the unit with Atosa and keep your invoice.
