The Atosa DSRC-28 is a small refrigerated showcase for cafes, bakeries and checkout counters: glass on all four sides, three lit shelves and a locking glass door. It takes a 17-3/8" by 15-3/4" spot on the counter and runs on 115V at 2.2 amps.
Check the counter: it needs a 17-3/8" x 15-3/4" footprint and 39-1/8" of height. Atosa's manual asks for at least 4" between the back and the wall.
