The Atosa MSCT-48-10 turns a work table or counter into a cold prep line. Ten 1/6-size, 6" deep pans sit in a refrigerated well at 35°F to 38°F under a hinged stainless steel lid. It is 50-1/8" wide and about 15-1/2" deep, plugs into a standard 115V outlet (1.7 amps), and uses an R290 compressor mounted on the right side.

What outlet does it need?
A grounded 115V outlet for the NEMA 5-15P plug (1.7 amps). Atosa's warranty does not cover damage from extension cords or low voltage.
What pans come with it?
Ten 1/6-size, 6" deep pans. Atosa's 2026 sheet calls them poly pans, while its photos show stainless pans; call us if the pan material matters to you.
Will it fit on my counter?
It needs 50-1/8" of width and about 15-1/2" of depth, plus about 24-3/8" of height with the lid open.
Is it meant to hold food all day?
Yes, it holds pre-chilled food at 35°F to 38°F. Load food already cold; it is not made to cool down hot food.
What does the warranty cover?
Atosa's 2026 refrigeration warranty gives 3 years parts and labor and 5 years on the sealed compressor (the extra 2 years cover compressor parts only), counted from the date Atosa ships it. Claims go through Atosa with the model, serial number and proof of purchase.
