The Atosa CookRite 7800 is a single-well stainless steel cooker/warmer for caterers, buffets, concession stands and restaurant lines. The 20" x 12" well is 6-1/2" deep and heats up within 10 minutes; an infinite dial sets 95°F to 210°F and the 1,500 W element is strong enough to cook as well as hold. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet.
Pans are not listed as included; the well is sized for a 12" x 20" steam table pan.
