A 36" countertop radiant charbroiler that puts grill marks and char flavor on burgers, steaks and vegetables.
Built for restaurants, burger joints and caterers, the Atosa CookRite ATRC-36 runs 3 burners at 35,000 BTU each (105,000 BTU total) under heavy cast iron grates, with an independent control every 12". It fits on a 36" stretch of equipment stand or counter and ships set up for liquid propane.
Install under a ventilation hood that meets your local code, and have a licensed gas installer connect it.
A separate manual control every 12" lets you run a hot searing zone next to a cooler holding zone.
Radiants over the burners spread the heat across the cast iron grates.
Reversible cast iron grates set at multiple levels, so you can move food closer to or farther from the flame.
Stainless steel inside and out with adjustable stainless steel legs to level it on the counter.

Plan for one. It is a gas cooking appliance, and Atosa's manual says to install it in a well-ventilated place following your local installation and ventilation codes.
Atosa's manual asks for at least 6" at the sides and back and 4" below the unit, on a noncombustible counter.
