The Atosa AS-101 is a stainless steel open stand built for the AEC-1011E Smart Touch combi oven. It is an open stand: the oven sits on top and the space underneath stays open. It measures 32" W × 29-5/8" D × 16-1/8" H and Atosa rates it for 1,100 lb. Atosa's combi manual says not to set the oven directly on the floor, so plan a stand, table or counter for every combi.
Atosa's combi manual asks for 6" of clearance on each side of the oven and 28" from fryers or other hot equipment behind it.

Add the stand and oven heights from Atosa's sheets: AEC-1011E: 16-1/8" stand + 41.5" oven = about 57-5/8". Atosa's combi manual says the highest tray should not be above 63".
