The Atosa AS-102 is a stainless steel open stand built for the AEC-1021E Smart Touch combi oven. It is an open stand: the oven sits on top and the space underneath stays open. It measures 36-5/8" W × 37-3/4" D × 16-1/8" H and Atosa rates it for 1,100 lb. Atosa's combi manual says not to set the oven directly on the floor, so plan a stand, table or counter for every combi.
Atosa's combi manual asks for 6" of clearance on each side of the oven and 28" from fryers or other hot equipment behind it.
