The Atosa ASR-5171 is a stainless steel stand with pan racking built for the AEC-0511E and AEC-0711E Smart Touch combi ovens. Pan racking in the frame holds pans under the oven, ready to load. It measures 32" W × 29-5/8" D × 22-7/8" H and Atosa rates it for 1,100 lb. Atosa's combi manual says not to set the oven directly on the floor, so plan a stand, table or counter for every combi.
Atosa's combi manual asks for 6" of clearance on each side of the oven and 28" from fryers or other hot equipment behind it.

Atosa lists the ASR-5171 for the AEC-0511E and AEC-0711E. Other Atosa combi models use other stands: AEC-1011E uses the AS-101; AEC-0621E uses the AS-62, ASR-62 or ASR-62D; AEC-1021E uses the AS-102.
Add the stand and oven heights from Atosa's sheets: AEC-0511E: 22-7/8" stand + 28" oven = about 50-7/8"; AEC-0711E: 22-7/8" stand + 35" oven = about 57-7/8". Atosa's combi manual says the highest tray should not be above 63".
