The Atosa ASK-21 is the stacking kit for Atosa Smart Touch combi ovens. Atosa lists a bottom kit and a middle kit for it; together they let one combi oven sit on top of another, so you get two ovens in one footprint. Atosa approves these combinations: 1 AEC-0621E on top of another AEC-0621E (only).
Atosa's combi manual says the highest tray should not be above 63" from the floor. Add up kit and oven heights before you order and check the ceiling or hood clearance.
Atosa approves: 1 AEC-0621E on top of another AEC-0621E (only). For AEC-0511E, AEC-0711E and AEC-1011E stacks use the ASK-11.
Atosa lists a bottom kit (36-5/8" × 37-3/4" × 6-5/8") and a middle kit (35" × 33-7/8" × 1-1/8") under the ASK-21, both stainless steel.
Two AEC-0621E ovens: 6-5/8" bottom kit + 36-1/2" oven + 1-1/8" middle kit + 36-1/2" oven = 80-3/4". Atosa's manual says the highest tray should not be above 63"; call us if you are unsure your stack is within that.
