Turns one door of an Atosa prep table into two pull-out drawers, so cooks reach ingredients without bending into the cabinet.
The Atosa MSF8310227A20 is a field-retrofittable drawer cartridge for Atosa MSF8302GR, MSF8304GR, MSF8306GR and MSF8308GR sandwich prep tables and MGF8402GR, MGF8404GR and MGF8409GR refrigerators, left or right door. It replaces one door with a frame and two drawers that hold 6" deep food pans, each rated for 100 lb. Atosa supplies installation instructions; you need a marker, a Phillips screwdriver, a drill and a 5/16" bit.

Installs into an existing Atosa unit: remove the door, hinges, shelf and pilasters, then fit the frame and drawers.
Top: (2) 1/6, (1) 1/3 and (1) 1/2 pans, or (6) 1/6 pans. Bottom: (1) 1/3 and (1) 1/2 pans, or (4) 1/6 pans.
Each drawer is rated for up to 100 lb.

Atosa's instructions remove the door, hinges, shelf, pilasters and support legs, then screw the drawer frame in with the 17 included M4 self-drilling screws. Atosa recommends a qualified installer.
Atosa's sheet lists the pan layouts the drawers accept (6" deep pans) but does not list pans as included. Plan to use your own pans.
