Turns one door of an Atosa prep table into two pull-out drawers, so cooks reach ingredients without bending into the cabinet.
The Atosa MSF8310227A21 is a field-retrofittable drawer cartridge for Atosa MSF8304GR and MSF8308GR sandwich prep tables and MGF8404GR and MGF8411GR refrigerators, middle door. It replaces one door with a frame and two drawers that hold 6" deep food pans, each rated for 100 lb. Atosa supplies installation instructions; you need a marker, a Phillips screwdriver, a drill and a 5/16" bit.

Installs into an existing Atosa unit: remove the door, hinges, shelf and pilasters, then fit the frame and drawers.
Top: (2) 1/6, (1) 1/3 and (1) 1/2 pans, or (6) 1/6 pans. Bottom: (1) 1/3 and (1) 1/2 pans, or (4) 1/6 pans.
Each drawer is rated for up to 100 lb.
