The Atosa MPF8205227001 is a field-retrofit drawer kit for the middle door of the Atosa MPF8203GR 93" pizza prep table. It replaces one door with 2 drawers, so cooks can reach pans of toppings and dough without bending into the cabinet. Each drawer takes (2) 12" x 20", (6) 1/3-size, (12) 1/6-size or (18) 1/9-size pans, 6" deep and is rated for 100 lb.
Atosa makes separate kits for each table and door position. Check your table model and which door you are replacing before ordering.
Mix full-size 12" x 20", 1/3, 1/6 or 1/9 pans in each drawer.
