Which prep table does it fit?
Atosa sizes the SOD1493B for its 93" pizza prep table, the MPF8203GR. Atosa also sells the MROS-93P double overshelf for the same table.
Can I change the height?
Yes. Atosa says the overshelf assembly can be set to 3 different heights.
How much weight can it hold?
Atosa does not publish a weight rating for this overshelf. Call us if you plan to store heavy items on it.
How does it install?
Per Atosa's SOS/SOD overshelf instructions, two L-brackets screw to the back of the table (those screws are not included; Atosa suggests #5, #6 or #8 sheet metal screws, 3/8" to 5/8" long), then the legs, middle shelf and top fasten with the included screws and Allen wrench. The 93" model also has a center support (Atosa drawing), so call us if you have questions about the parts count.
What stainless steel is it?
18-gauge type 430 (SUS 430) stainless steel, per the Atosa spec sheet.
