The Atosa MixRite MPRA-20 is a heavy-duty aluminum bun pan rack for bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants and commissaries. It holds 20 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or 40 half-size 13" x 18" pans and is rated for 550 lb. in total. Swivel casters come standard so you can roll loaded pans between stations.
