The Atosa MixRite MROS-5ST is the overshelf Atosa lists as the optional accessory for its CSTEB-5C 5-well electric steam table. It is 72-1/2" wide, 12-1/5" deep and 16-1/10" tall, holds up to 85 lb. of plates, lids or serving tools, and puts a guard between customers and the food wells. The shelf is 18-gauge type 430 stainless steel with sound-deadening material underneath.
Atosa makes one overshelf per steam table width: MROS-2ST, -3ST, -4ST and -5ST for the CSTEA-2C, CSTEA-3C, CSTEA-4C and CSTEB-5C. Atosa does not publish mounting details for other brands of steam tables, so call us before ordering it for a non-Atosa table.
Its 72-1/2" width matches the 72-1/2" Atosa CSTEB-5C, so the shelf runs the full length of the wells.
