The Atosa PrepPal PPSL-12HD is a heavy duty manual slicer for delis, sandwich shops, restaurants and markets. A 1/2 HP belt-driven motor turns a 12" Rasspe alloy knife, the index knob sets slices from 0 to 9/16" thick, and a top-mounted sharpener with two stones keeps the edge. It runs on 110V with a standard NEMA 5-15P plug.
Place it on a flat, stable counter with good light and room to stand behind the guard (Atosa manual).

It is a meat slicer for boneless product. Atosa says not to cut bones or food frozen below -6°C (about 21°F), which can damage the blade.
The index knob sets the thickness from 0 to 9/16" (14 mm) on the spec sheet; the manual lists 0 to 13 mm.
Use the built-in two-stone sharpener as the owner's manual shows. Clean the blade edge first, since dirty stones cannot sharpen, and wear eye protection.
