A 10-liter countertop dispenser that keeps hot chocolate and hot toppings stirred and ready to pour.
The Coldline CHOCO10R holds 2.6 gallons (10 liters) of hot chocolate, cider, mulled wine or hot water in a clear polycarbonate bowl for cafes, bakeries, ski lodges and concession stands. A digital controller heats it to 30-90°C (86-194°F), a non-stick paddle keeps it mixed, and it can pour up to 210 cups an hour. It runs on 120V with a 400 W heater.
The spec sheet rates it at 120V, 60 Hz, single phase, with a 400 W heater and a 40 W mixing motor. It does not list the plug type, so call us at (201) 467-8222 if you need it confirmed.
Hot chocolate, hot toppings, hot cider, mulled wine and hot water, held at up to 90°C (194°F). The 10-liter bowl serves up to 210 cups per hour.
