The Coldline GRANITA-2N is a countertop granita machine for convenience stores, cafes, bars, snack bars and concession stands. Its 2 3.2-gallon bowls hold 6.4 gallons of mix and freezes it to slush at 24°F to 29°F. It plugs into a 115V outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug (8.6 A), uses R290 refrigerant and has LED lighting and a drip tray.
Check the counter depth and leave room around the vents for airflow.

Slushies, granita, sorbet, frozen smoothies and frozen margaritas. The manual asks for a mix with 13% to 17% sugar (15% recommended) and warns against sodas, beer or low-sugar juice, which can freeze the auger.
Let the machine stand for 24 hours after delivery before switching it on. The first batch of slush takes at least 30 to 45 minutes (Coldline manual).
The spec sheet shows a CE mark only. Check with your local health inspector before ordering if your area requires an ETL, UL or NSF listing.
