A 64" curved glass deli case that shows meats, cheeses and salads at 32-43°F and is served from behind through sliding doors.
The Coldline DC64-SS is a full-service refrigerated display case for delis, butcher counters, bakeries, cafes and markets. It gives 18.8 cu. ft. of display behind curved front glass, with 9 adjustable shelves under LED lights, and staff reach the product through sliding rear glass doors. A 4/5 HP R290 system holds 32°F to 43°F with automatic defrost. It plugs into a 115V NEMA 5-15P outlet on a dedicated 15 A circuit and rolls on 4 casters, 2 with brakes.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 32.4" depth.
Curved front glass and rounded corners give customers a clear view of 18.8 cu. ft. of product.
Sliding rear glass doors let staff stock and serve without opening the customer side.
Nine epoxy-coated wire shelves adjust to the product, lit by LED interior lighting.
A digital controller holds 32°F to 43°F, and the 4/5 HP R290 system defrosts automatically.
A grounded 115V outlet for its NEMA 5-15P plug. It draws 3.37 A, but USR Brands requires a dedicated 15 A circuit installed by a licensed electrician. The manual says not to use extension cords or adapter plugs; an extension cord voids the warranty.
The case is 64.2" wide, 32.4" deep and 47.5" tall on its casters (42.5" without them). Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 32.4" depth. The manual says not to tilt the case more than 45° while moving it.
The manual asks for at least 4" between the cabinet and surrounding walls for air circulation, more than 20 cm (about 8") from the wall, and a spot away from heat sources. Do not block the ventilation openings.
32°F to 43°F, set on a digital controller, with automatic defrost. The cooling system is rated for rooms up to 90°F.
Run the case empty for 2 to 3 hours first, as the manual recommends, to confirm the wiring and installation are correct and nothing was damaged in shipping.
USR Brands covers Coldline DC-Series cases for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, plus 5 years on the hermetic compressor (the replacement part only, not labor). Glass is not covered. The warranty is valid in the contiguous US; food truck and farm installs are parts only, and residential use is not covered.
USR Brands, which backs the Coldline warranty, states that it cannot ship to or guarantee its products in CA, OR, WA, MT, WY or UT. Call us before ordering for one of those states.
Clean the condenser coil every 30 days with a stiff brush or vacuum; the manual notes that failures from a dirty condenser are not covered by warranty. Clean stainless steel with mild detergent and a soft cloth, never steel wool or chlorine cleaners.
