The Coldline D12-W is a white one-door glass merchandiser freezer for convenience stores, markets, cafes and delis. It holds 12.89 cu. ft. at -10°F to 0°F on 4 adjustable shelves under LED lighting, behind a self-closing glass door that stays open at 90°. A lighted top panel takes your own sign. It rolls on 4 casters, 2 with brakes, and plugs into a grounded 115V NEMA 5-15P outlet.

What outlet does it use?
It runs on 115V, 60 Hz, single phase and draws 5.18 A through a NEMA 5-15P plug on an 84" cord. The Coldline manual says to use a properly grounded outlet and not to overload it.
Will it fit through my doors?
It is 27.2" wide, 26.2" deep and 83.7" tall and ships in a 29.5" W × 30" D × 85" H carton. Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 26.2" depth.
How much space does it need?
Plan 51" of total depth for the door to open (Coldline drawing). Keep the front and back ventilation clear; Coldline rates it for rooms up to 90°F.
What can I sell from it?
It holds -10°F to 0°F for frozen food, frozen meals and packaged ice cream in convenience stores, markets and delis. Check the storage temperature your products require.
Can I put my own sign on the lightbox?
Yes. USR Brands publishes a custom sign template: the D12 lightbox sign is 683 × 230 mm, 2 mm acrylic, which a local print shop can make. Installation takes about 10 minutes.
How much clearance does it need?
The Coldline merchandiser manual asks for at least 6" of clearance on both sides and at the back, on a strong, level floor away from heat and moisture. After unplugging, wait at least 6 minutes before plugging it back in.
What does the warranty cover?
USR Brands covers the Coldline D-Series for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, plus 5 years on the hermetic compressor (the replacement part only, not labor), in the contiguous US. Glass is not covered; food truck and farm installs are parts only, and residential use is not covered.
Can it ship to California or other western states?
The Coldline refrigeration warranty states that USR Brands cannot ship to or guarantee its products in CA, OR, WA, MT, WY or UT. Call us before ordering for one of those states.
