The Coldline ICE400-BD pairs a modular half cube ice machine with a 150 lb. dispensing bin for hotel floors, hospitals and self-service stations. It makes up to 400 lb. of ice a day, and guests fill cups or buckets with a push-for-ice lever instead of scooping. It is 22" wide and 75.7" tall, runs on 115V with a NEMA 5-15P plug (13.8 A, 1300 W), and uses R290 refrigerant.

Questions buyers ask
What outlet does it use?
A grounded 115V outlet for the NEMA 5-15P plug on the 60" cord. The spec sheet rates it at 115V, 60 Hz, single phase, 1300 W, 13.8 A. The manual asks for a grounded socket with leakage (ground fault) protection.
What water and drain hookups does it need?
A potable cold water line at 19 to 80 PSIG and a floor drain near the machine. The manual says to use the 3/4" inlet pipe supplied, add a shut-off valve (not supplied), slope the drain line more than 3 cm per meter, replace the inlet water filter every 1 to 3 months, and never connect hot water.
Will it fit my space?
It is 22" wide, 33.7" deep and 75.7" tall including the bin. The Coldline manual asks for at least 30 cm (12") in front, 15 cm (6") at the sides and 20 cm (8") behind for airflow.
Where can it be installed?
Indoors only, on a level floor that can carry its weight, away from heat sources and direct sun. The manual rates it for 5 to 40°C (41 to 104°F) rooms and 5 to 35°C (41 to 95°F) supply water, and says to let it stand upright for more than 24 hours after delivery before starting it.
What does the warranty cover?
USR Brands covers Coldline ICE-Series ice machines for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, plus 5 years on the hermetic compressor (the replacement part only, not labor), in the contiguous US. Food truck and farm installs are parts only; residential use is not covered. The ice machine warranty names the ICE, NU and EIC series; it does not name storage or dispensing bins, so ask us about bin coverage.
Can it ship to California or other western states?
The Coldline ice machine warranty states that USR Brands cannot ship to or guarantee its products in CA, OR, WA, MT, WY or UT. Call us before ordering for one of those states.
