The Coldline PDR-60-4D-SS is a pizza prep table and dough retarder for pizzerias, bakeries and restaurants. Dough is stretched on the 60" marble top (a synthetic surface material, per Coldline), and the 15.1 cu. ft. stainless steel base behind 4 drawers holds dough at 33°F to 41°F, while the refrigerated stainless steel rail holds (6) 1/3 size pans of toppings (pans sold separately). It plugs into a 115V NEMA 5-15P outlet on a dedicated 15 A circuit and rolls on 5.5" casters.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the cabinet is 31.5" deep.

The table is 59.4" wide, 31.5" deep and 51" high with the topping rail, and it needs 49" of depth with a door or drawer open (Coldline drawing). The manual asks for about 7.87" (20 cm) of space between the unit and walls for ventilation. Measure every doorway on the delivery path.

No. The Coldline manual says not to use the unit outside. Let it stand upright for about 12 hours before switching it on if it was not kept upright in transit, and clean the condenser regularly.
USR Brands covers the Coldline PDR-Series for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, plus 5 years on the hermetic compressor (the replacement part only, not labor), in the contiguous US. Glass is not covered; food truck and farm installs are parts only, and residential use is not covered.
