The Coldline PDR-80N is a pizza prep table and dough retarder for pizzerias, bakeries and restaurants. Dough is stretched on the 80" marble top (a synthetic surface material, per Coldline), and the 20.2 cu. ft. stainless steel base behind 3 swinging solid doors holds dough at 33°F to 41°F. It plugs into a 115V NEMA 5-15P outlet on a dedicated 15 A circuit and rolls on 5.5" casters.

No. The Coldline manual says not to use the unit outside. Let it stand upright for about 12 hours before switching it on if it was not kept upright in transit, and clean the condenser regularly.
