The Coldline SMP27 is a sandwich and salad prep station for delis, sub shops, restaurants and cafes. Its mega top rail holds (9) 1/6 size and (3) 1/9 size clear pans under an insulated lid, the 8" deep cutting board sits at a 35.2" working height, and the 7 cu. ft. base behind 1 self-closing door holds 33°F to 41°F. Pans and cutting board come with it, and it plugs into a 115V NEMA 5-15P outlet on a dedicated 15 A circuit.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the cabinet is 34" deep including the cutting board.

It runs on 115V, 60 Hz, single phase and draws 2 A through a NEMA 5-15P plug on a 96" cord. Coldline requires a dedicated 15 A circuit installed by a licensed electrician, and the manual says not to use an extension cord.
Yes. The Coldline sheet lists cutting boards and clear pans as features; the rail takes (9) 1/6 size and (3) 1/9 size pans and the board measures 27.5" L x 8" D x 0.75" H.
It is 27.5" wide, 34" deep and 45.9" high, needs 51.75" of height with the lid open and about 55" of depth with the door open (Coldline drawing). Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path first.
The manual says to run it with all pans in place, even empty ones, fill pans only with what you will use in the shift, and close the insulated lid when you are not using it. Let it reach temperature before loading.
Keep 3" of clearance at the back, leave 2 to 4" between the back wall and stored food, and clean the condenser coil at least once a month; a malfunction from a dirty condenser or high room temperature voids the warranty. The sheet rates it for rooms up to 90°F.
USR Brands covers the Coldline SMP-Series for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, plus 5 years on the hermetic compressor (the replacement part only, not labor), in the contiguous US. Food truck and farm installs are parts only, and residential use is not covered.
