The Coldline SP72 is a sandwich and salad prep station for delis, sub shops, restaurants and cafes. Its rail holds (18) 1/6 size clear pans under an insulated lid, the 11.5" deep cutting board sits at a 35.3" working height, and the 18 cu. ft. base behind 3 self-closing doors holds 33°F to 41°F. Pans and cutting board come with it, and it plugs into a 115V NEMA 5-15P outlet on a dedicated 15 A circuit.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the cabinet is 29.5" deep including the cutting board.

It is 70.4" wide, 29.5" deep and 42.3" high, needs 47.25" of height with the lid open and about 50.7" of depth with the doors open (Coldline drawing). Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path first.
The manual says to run it with all pans in place, even empty ones, fill pans only with what you will use in the shift, and close the insulated lid when you are not using it. Let it reach temperature before loading.
Keep 3" of clearance at the back, leave 2 to 4" between the back wall and stored food, and clean the condenser coil at least once a month; a malfunction from a dirty condenser or high room temperature voids the warranty. The sheet rates it for rooms up to 90°F.
USR Brands covers the Coldline SP-Series for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, plus 5 years on the hermetic compressor (the replacement part only, not labor), in the contiguous US. Food truck and farm installs are parts only, and residential use is not covered.
