Description
A compact 24" Southbend electric broiler in 316L stainless steel, built for catering and outdoor service.
The Southbend HDEB-24-316L is a compact 24" electric infrared broiler built in 316L stainless steel for caterers, outdoor kitchens and event setups. Ceramic infrared elements draw 6 kW and preheat in about 30 minutes, with no waiting between loads. It runs on 208V or 240V, single or three phase, so kitchens without gas can still broil steaks. The deck has a 16" x 26-1/2" roll-out grid with five height positions; the front 3" stays cooler for holding finished food.
