A 36" heavy duty charbroiler with 6 zones for high-volume broiling.
The Vulcan VACB36 is a 36" VACB Achiever heavy duty countertop gas charbroiler. 6 burners at 17,000 BTU/hr each give 102,000 BTU/hr on natural gas under cast iron char-radiants and 5-1/4" cast iron diamond grates. Supercharger burner dividers keep zones separate, and each burner has a high range infinite valve.
Check the counter or stand: the unit needs 36" of width and 31" of depth, plus 3" behind it.
6 burners, one under each grate, give 102,000 BTU/hr on natural gas across a 32.25" x 22.31" broiling area.
Burner dividers limit heat transfer between sections, so you can run separate hot and cooler zones.
5-1/4" cast iron diamond grates over heavy duty cast iron char-radiants.
One high range infinite valve per burner, with adjustment marks engraved into the front panel.
A heat deflector tray reflects heat up, keeping the grease drawer area cooler and easier to clean.

A 3/4" rear connection. The supplied regulator must be installed: 5.0" W.C. natural gas, 10.0" W.C. propane.
