The Vulcan VST4B is a 45-1/2" heavy duty gas chop house broiler. Three 45,000 BTU/hr ceramic burners (135,000 BTU/hr) reach up to 950°F across the grid, while the 1/2" griddle plate on top reaches 650°F. It stands on a stainless leg stand with 6" casters.
