A 1-well large-capacity electric open fryer that lifts the baskets out of the oil on its own and filters its oil without a separate pump or pan.
The Henny Penny OEA341.01 is the OEA 341 from the OEA 340 Series, built for chicken, fish and fries programs in busy restaurants, chains, cafeterias and lightly staffed kitchens. It holds 80 lb of oil per vat, heats with 22 kW immersed elements per well on 3-phase power, and each well has a Computron 8000 control and two basket lifters. The cabinet is 23.25" wide and 41" deep on casters.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the narrowest side of the fryer is its 23.25" width, and the crate is 30" on its narrowest side. The voltage is set at the factory, so confirm your building's voltage and phase with us before ordering.
Two lifters per well raise the baskets when the timer ends, one half basket at a time or both together, so food comes out on time even when the crew is busy. The lift motor sits inside the cabinet, so the footprint stays the same.
Each well has its own Computron 8000 with 10 programmable cook cycles, melt and idle modes, load compensation and filter tracking on a 16-character display.
The fryer filters its oil and returns it to the vat in minutes. Frequent filtering stretches oil life and keeps food quality steady.
The 340 series uses a larger, shallower vat with a "beach" that takes up oil displacement when the basket goes in, for more even results with food that floats.
3-phase power with a separate connection for each well. Each well draws 22 kW: 61 A at 208V; 52.9 A at 240V; 33 A at 380-415V; 26.5 A at 480V. A qualified electrician installs the cord and plug on site.

The fryer is 23.25" wide, 41" deep and 55" high; the crate is 46" x 30" x 66". Measure doorways and turns on the delivery path first, and leave 30" in front to pull out the filter pan.
Henny Penny ships 1 full basket or 2 half baskets per well, chosen at order, plus a basket support for each vat. Third-size baskets (3 per well) are sold separately. Tell us which baskets you want when you order.
When a cook cycle ends, the lifters raise the baskets out of the oil automatically. Each well has two lifters, so two half baskets can run on separate timers or together.
Henny Penny's limited warranty covers parts for 2 years and labor for 1 year from installation, and the fry pot for up to 7 years from manufacture: years 1-3 with parts, labor and freight covered, years 4-7 as a replacement pot or credit with freight and labor paid by the owner. Register the fryer on the Henny Penny website within 10 days of installation, or the warranty is not honored.
