Koolmore gives no minimum doorway width. Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the narrowest outside dimension is the 21.5" depth.

- Do not tilt it more than 45 degrees when moving it.
- Let it stand upright before plugging it in, and let it reach temperature before loading.
- Plug it into a grounded outlet directly; the manual says not to use extension cords or power strips.

How much space does it need?
Koolmore's sheet lists 12" at the sides and 4" at the rear; the manual asks for at least 6" from the wall and on both sides. Use the larger figures.
Does it defrost on its own?
No. Defrost when frost reaches about 4 to 5 mm: switch it off, empty it and drain the water through the 1" drain plug.
Can it lock?
Yes. The sliding glass lids have a lock.
What does the warranty cover?
Koolmore lists a 1-year parts and labor warranty for the original purchaser in the United States.
