A 24" griddle with an extra-deep 30" plate and a thermostat every 12".
The Vulcan MSA24-30 is a 24" countertop gas griddle from the MSA heavy duty series with a 24" x 30", 1" thick polished steel plate. 2 U-shaped burners at 27,000 BTU/hr each give 54,000 BTU/hr, with one snap-action thermostat per burner. It uses manual ignition, and one pilot safety valve covers every two burners.
Check the counter, stand or base: the unit needs 24" of width and 37-1/2" of depth, plus 6" from combustible walls.
A 24" x 30" polished steel plate, 1" thick, with 12 gauge 4" stainless back and tapered side splashes.
One embedded snap-action thermostat per burner holds each 12" zone between 200°F and 550°F.
2 U-shaped aluminized steel burners, one per 12", for 54,000 BTU/hr in total.
A spatula wide 3-1/2" gutter and fully welded chute feed a 6 quart grease drawer and stop grease migration.
The stainless front top ledge stays cooler for cooks leaning in, on a fully welded chassis.
One pilot safety valve for every two burners shuts off gas to pilot and burners if a pilot goes out.
