A 60" heavy duty griddle with a 1" steel plate and a thermostat every 12".
The Vulcan MSA60 is a 60" countertop gas griddle from the MSA heavy duty series with a 60" x 24", 1" thick polished steel plate. 5 U-shaped burners at 27,000 BTU/hr each give 135,000 BTU/hr, with one snap-action thermostat per burner. It uses manual ignition, and one pilot safety valve covers every two burners.
Check the counter, stand or base: the unit needs 60" of width and 31-1/2" of depth, plus 6" from combustible walls.
A 60" x 24" polished steel plate, 1" thick, with 12 gauge 4" stainless back and tapered side splashes.
One embedded snap-action thermostat per burner holds each 12" zone between 200°F and 550°F.
