The Vulcan VCCG24-IR is a 24" VCCG Series heavy duty countertop gas griddle with a 1" thick chrome plate, 24" x 24". 2 IRX infrared burners at 24,000 BTU/hr each give 48,000 BTU/hr, and every 12" zone has a solid state thermostat from 200°F to 550°F. Electronic spark ignition and the controls run on a 120V cord.
