The Vulcan VCCG48-IS is a 48" VCCG Series heavy duty countertop gas griddle with a 1" thick polished steel plate, 48" x 24". 4 IRX infrared burners at 24,000 BTU/hr each give 96,000 BTU/hr, and every 12" zone has a solid state thermostat from 200°F to 550°F. Electronic spark ignition and the controls run on a 120V cord.
