The Champion UH140B is a 24" wide fresh water rinse, high-temperature undercounter dishwasher with a built-in booster. It runs a 120 second cycle for 30 racks an hour on 0.84 gallons per rack, and Rinse Guard ensures a 180°F final rinse. Fill Guard and drain monitoring, an automatic pumped drain and an Auto Clean cycle at shutdown keep daily work simple.
The machine must be hard wired; plan the circuit before it arrives and leave 3" behind it.

The standard 4 kW booster needs 140°F minimum recommended supply water and a 30 A circuit. The 6 kW high speed booster works from 110°F minimum water and needs a 40 A circuit.
