A high-temp undercounter dishwasher that runs on cold water and helps wares dry faster.
The Champion UH330B is a 24" wide high-temperature undercounter dishwasher with heat recovery: it runs on a 1/2" cold water supply only, and Champion rates it up to 50% more energy efficient with less condensation. Dry Assist speeds drying, the insulated 4.3 kW booster with Rinse Sentry ensures a 180°F final rinse, and three cycle times give 24, 18 or 13 racks an hour.
