Description
The CMA Dishmachines 01675.00 is a high-temperature undercounter dishwasher designed for commercial dishwashing applications. It processes up to 28 standard 20" x 20" racks per hour, or up to 140 covers per hour, while using 0.68 gallons of water per rack.
A built-in booster heater provides 180°F hot-water sanitizing. The unit also includes built-in detergent and rinse-aid dispensers, chemical pumps, and a drain pump to support its wash operation. Top-mounted controls and digital LED temperature gauges provide accessible operation and temperature monitoring.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, this dishwasher measures 24 inches wide, 28 inches deep, and 33 1/4 inches high. It operates on 208/240 volts, 1-phase, 60 Hz electrical service and draws 30 amps. The unit has a 3/4 hp motor and is UL Certified.
