Description
The Jackson DISHSTAR low-temperature undercounter dishwasher is designed for commercial dishwashing operations that need a compact 115V unit. It processes up to 24 racks per hour and uses 1.16 gallons of water per rack.
This dishwasher has a 2-minute automatic cycle, automatic fill, and a deliming cycle. Built-in chemical pumps support detergent and sanitizer dispensing, while indicator lights notify staff when detergent or sanitizer levels are low. Easy-to-use controls and two dish racks are included.
The DISHSTAR measures 24 1/4 inches wide by 25 inches deep by 33 5/16 inches high. It operates on 115V, 60 Hz, single-phase power at 10 amps and requires a hardwired connection. Additional specifications include a 1 hp motor, 3/4-inch water inlet, Energy Star qualification, and Made in America construction.
