A 23-5/8" high-temperature undercounter dishwasher that cleans and sanitizes up to 30 racks an hour with hot water.
The Fagor CO-500W is an undercounter dishwasher for restaurants, cafes and bars that wash plates, glasses and utensils in the same machine. Its built-in booster and hot water assurance hold the cycle until the rinse water reaches 180°F, so it sanitizes without chemicals. A 15-1/4" clearance takes tall ware, and a built-in drain pump means no floor drain is needed. It runs on 208-240V single phase with a NEMA 6-20P plug.
Measure the opening under your counter and allow 41-5/16" from the wall to the front of the open door. The 6-20P plug needs a matching 208-240V receptacle.
The cycle will not move to the rinse until the booster has the rinse water at 180°F, for a reliable sanitizing result.

Fagor recommends a 120-140°F water supply at 20-25 psi. A 5 ft. hose with a 3/4" female connector and a garden hose adapter come with the machine.

Yes. Fagor designs it to work as a dishwasher, glasswasher or sanitizer. It takes 20" x 20" racks with 15-1/4" of clearance.
No. It is a high-temperature machine: Fagor sets a 150°F minimum wash and 180°F minimum rinse, and the built-in booster heater brings the rinse water up to temperature. You still use detergent and rinse aid, fed by the built-in dispensers.
