A 23-5/8" high-temperature undercounter dishwasher with a built-in rinse pump, for kitchens with low water pressure.
The Fagor COP-504W is the Concept+ undercounter dishwasher for restaurants and cafes that need more output from a 24" space. A built-in rinse pump and air break give a full 180°F rinse even where the water pressure is low, and Fagor rates it at up to 40 racks per hour. It ships set for single phase half power with a 6 ft. NEMA 6-20P cord, and an electrician can reconnect it for more power or three phase.
Measure the opening under your counter and allow 40-1/8" from the wall to the front of the open door. The cord and plug are for the factory 1 phase half power setting; other settings are wired by an electrician.
Effi Rinse uses a built-in pressure pump and air break for a linear 180°F rinse, even below the usual 15-25 psi.
Multi Power and a multi-connection box let you run half, 2/3 or full power, on single or three phase.
Double-skin insulation on the body and door keeps noise under 65 dBA and holds heat in.
Double springs and stainless steel hinges; the door opens in 3 steps to let steam out before you reach in.
As shipped it runs on 208-240V single phase at half power, drawing 13.33 to 15.38 amps, with a 6 ft. cord and NEMA 6-20P plug. For 2/3 or full power, or three phase, an electrician connects it through the multi-connection box; full power on single phase draws 24.34 to 28.08 amps.

No. The built-in drain pump pushes water through a 5 ft., 1/2" hose up to 26-3/4" high.
No. It is a high-temperature machine: Fagor sets a 150°F minimum wash and 180°F minimum rinse, and the built-in booster heater brings the rinse water up to temperature. You still use detergent and rinse aid, fed by the built-in dispensers.
