Description
The Jackson DishStar HT-E-SEER is a high-temperature undercounter dishwasher designed for commercial foodservice operations. Its compact 24 1/4-inch width supports placement in space-conscious dish areas, while the steam-elimination design makes it suited to front-of-house applications.
An energy recovery system captures heat from vapor to preheat incoming rinse water. The unit processes up to 20 racks per hour and uses 0.60 gallons of water per rack. Its Sani-Sure system includes a built-in booster heater to support proper rinse-water temperatures.
This hardwired dishwasher operates on 208/230 volts, single-phase, 60 Hz power and draws 24.7 to 27.6 amps. It has a 1 hp motor, a 3/4-inch water inlet, and measures 24 1/4 inches wide by 26 7/8 inches deep by 33 5/16 inches high. Two dish racks and easy-to-use controls are included.
