A 15.5" wide electric floor fryer with a 50 lb. oil pot for kitchens without gas, wired for 240V 3 phase.
The Cookline CF-40E-240-3 is a floor fryer for restaurants, takeouts, bars and food halls that fry all day but have no gas line, or want electric. A 15.26 kW element heats a 50 lb. stainless steel fry pot with a wide cold zone from 86°F to 374°F, and two twin baskets come with it. This version is hardwired for 240V 3 phase at 37 A, and it rolls on 4 casters in a 15.5" wide footprint.

This model runs on 240V, 3 phase, 60 Hz and draws 37 A at 15.26 kW. It is hardwired: a licensed electrician connects it to a dedicated circuit with its own breaker. USR Brands warns that adding a plug or cord cap voids the warranty.
Yes. The CF-40E is also made for 208V single phase (75 A), 208V 3 phase (43 A), 240V single phase (64 A). Order the version that matches your building's power; check with your electrician first.
The spec sheet lists 50 lb. of oil in a 14" x 16.7" fry pot. One line in its feature list says the pot holds 40 lb. of fat; call us if the exact fill amount matters for your oil orders.

USR Brands covers Cookline gas and electric cooking equipment for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, in the contiguous US. Hardwired connections not made by a qualified installer, and wrong voltage or phase hookups, are not covered. Food truck and farm installs are parts only.
The Cookline warranty states that USR Brands cannot ship to or guarantee its products in CA, OR, WA, MT, WY or UT. Call us before ordering for one of those states.
