A 12 gallon gas pasta cooker that boils six baskets of pasta or noodles at once.
The Cookline PC-1-NG suits Italian restaurants, noodle shops and high-volume kitchens. A 70,000 BTU natural gas jet burner heats a 12 gallon water tank holding six round blanching baskets. It runs on a millivolt valve with a standby pilot, so it needs no electrical outlet, and it has a water inlet and a starch skimming drain for refilling and draining.
Install under a ventilation hood with gas, water and a floor drain nearby.

Natural Gas through the gas inlet, a 1/2" water inlet line and a drain. The sheet table lists a 3/4" gas inlet while its drawing labels NPT 1/2", so have your installer confirm the fitting on the unit. It uses a millivolt valve, so no electrical outlet is needed.

This listing is the natural gas model. The manual says only qualified service personnel may convert it to another gas, and the sheet lists no conversion kit; call us before ordering if you need the other gas.
15.7" W x 31.5" D x 47.5" H on casters. The manual asks for 6" at the sides and back from combustible construction (none from non-combustible) and 24" at the front, under a ventilation hood.
The Cookline sheet lists 4 casters as standard, 2 with brakes, with legs optional. Our product photo shows an earlier version on legs.
