A compact 8-quart planetary mixer for cafes, bakeries and restaurant pastry stations that need a stand mixer on the counter.
The Dynamic LT7 (model PM001.1) mixes in an 8 quart (7 liter) brushed stainless steel bowl and comes with a dough hook, flat batter beater and wire whip. An electronic touch screen sets one of 11 speeds and a timer of up to 30 minutes in 30-second steps, and a removable polycarbonate guard covers the bowl. It stands 15.75" high on a 16.75" x 10.25" footprint. This is the 115V model.
The head tilts up to change the bowl and attachments; Dynamic does not publish the raised height, so leave open space above the mixer and do not put it under a low shelf.

Dynamic covers its electric products for 1 year, parts and labor, as a carry-in (bench) warranty; normal wear-and-tear parts are excluded. Dynamic USA or an authorized service center does the repair: you pay the freight to the service center and Dynamic pays the return freight on a warranty repair.
