The Dynamic PP97 Plus (model PP002) is a ricer / food mill, not a blender: a 460 W motor turns a stainless steel blade over a 22.5" perforated grid foot at up to 500 RPM, pressing cooked potatoes into fluffy mash. It handles batches up to 220 lb (100 kg) for banquet halls, schools, hospitals and central kitchens. This is the 230V model.
