A floor-standing mixer that blends, whips and mashes batches of up to 100 gallons in kettles and tilting pans.
The Dynamic Power Pro (TB002) is a heavy-duty mobile mixer for central kitchens, commissaries, hospitals and food plants. A 2,200 W motor turns the tool at up to 4,000 RPM, and the tilting arm and locking casters let one cook roll it from kettle to kettle. It comes with the titanium-plated cutter blade; whisk, blender, mixer, potato masher and pump attachments are sold separately. It runs on 230V 3-phase power only.
This mixer needs a 230V 3-phase circuit; have an electrician confirm your supply and fit the right plug or receptacle. Measure doorways for the 67" height and 24" width.
Dynamic rates the Power Pro for mixing up to 100 gallons (400 liters) at a time.
Heavy-duty locking casters move it between kettles; the tilting mechanism allows safe operation and convenient storage.
