The Equipex BAR-106 is a closed-style countertop toaster oven with one 13.75" x 9.75" rack mounted on the front door. Top and bottom infrared quartz elements, each selectable, reach high intensity in 20 to 25 seconds. Equipex recommends this door-rack model for heating the same product over and over, such as bread at a bread station, where you do not need to watch the food. A 15-minute timer with a continuous mode controls each cycle. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet and draws 1.1 kW.
It needs an 18" wide spot plus room to open the door with 2" free on the sides and back.
