A 27-inch two-zone induction griddle for line cooking, with fast heat-up and tight temperature control.
The Equipex GLP6000 is an Adventys two-zone countertop induction griddle with a multi-layer stainless steel plate. Induction heats the plate directly, with up to 90% energy efficiency, so the griddle reaches 400°F in about 2 minutes and does not need to idle hot before service. Capacitive touch controls with a 4-digit display give 12 temperature settings from 122°F to 475°F. Rear and side splash guards keep grease on the plate, and a removable container collects it. It runs on 208/240V single phase at 6.0 kW.
Have a dedicated 208/240V single-phase circuit with a NEMA 6-50 receptacle ready before the griddle arrives.
