A 3.0 kW single-zone drop-in induction cooker with a large 11-inch coil that sits flush in the counter of a cooking line or display station.
The Equipex DRIC 3000 is an Exclusive Leopard drop-in induction cooker with a stainless steel case, a 4 mm vitroceramic glass top and an 11" coil for stockpots and large pans. The integral touch panel sets 25 power levels or 110 temperature levels from as low as 86°F, with two presets and a 99-minute timer. Two cooling fans allow all-day use. It runs on 208/240V single phase, 13/15 A, with a NEMA 6-20P plug.
Do not install it in a fully enclosed cabinet; the cooling fans need fresh air below the counter.
The large 11" coil heats stockpots and wide pans evenly, for prep work and a la carte cooking.
