A 32-inch curved-glass countertop case that keeps ready-to-serve hot food warm, moist and on show.
The Equipex HOT 200 Convo-Heat display case holds two 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans plus a removable intermediate wire shelf behind curved front glass. A convection-enhanced heat pattern spreads heat and humidity evenly through the case, and the thermostat goes up to 195°F. Staff load and serve through sliding rear doors, and an overhead LED light shows the food.
With legs it stands about 27" tall; check the space under any shelf above the counter.
